Our kids love Pete. Actually, they don't just love him, they are CRAZY for Pete! We have been doing all sorts of fun Pete activities these past two weeks! Right now, Scholastic has three Pete the Cat books, WITH the CD, for only $12!
We took advantage of the sale and got to work!
A sweet teacher friend turned this freebie from the Moffatt Girls into a flipchart for our students to trace on the Promethean Board. Go to Facebook and follow the Moffatt Girls for the fan freebie!
You can find the Pete activities in our TPT shop!
This labeling activity is a Chevron and Centers creation. Check it out below!
Also, our new obsession is STORYBOTS! We love the videos and our kids do too! Click the picture below to visit a Storybots Symbaloo page with all the letter videos!
Next up, Open House!
Where in the world did you get those AWESOME magnifying glasses???!! I must have them. Also, I love Pete the Cat with passion. Can't wait to check out your unit!
ReplyDeleteWe ordered these from Creative Playthings! The cost was $29.99, and included six magnifying glasses and the "holder"! We LOVE these....as do our students!
ReplyDeleteLOVE your big Pete with the guitar on your bulletin board! Do you have directions for how to make it?
ReplyDeleteHi, Mrs. Scott! Thank you! We found the picture from a Pete book and used our Elmo and Promethean board to enlarge the image. We, then, traced it on butcher paper. Our students LOVE all things Pete!
